CSI is led by Forest Felvey, who is the son of CSI’s founder and has been involved with the paper business for 17 years. Mr. Felvey has been intimately involved in the design process as well as the equipment and architectural elements of CSI’s linerboard machine. Mr. Felvey became President of CSI in 1998.

Orange County Container was founded by Michael Feterik in 1981 and manufactured and distributed corrugated paper products such as boxes, inner packaging products (partitions within boxes), and point of purchase and promotional displays which are sold to customers primarily in California, Arizona, and Mexico. Michael Feterik grew OCC from an entity with four employees in 1981 to one with over 1,700 employees and multinational operations prior to the merger. Greg Hall, Chief Operating Officer of OCC, has been with the company since 1995 and has been instrumental in the Company’s growth in Mexico.
